I was thrilled with the room upgrade i received. It was a very pleasant surprise. the breakfast selection was really good, offering many delicious choices. I found something new to enjoy each morning. the staff's attentiveness and readiness to assist. They addressed all my needs with a smile.

the street noise was noticeable at night, which affected my sleep quality. earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

the location was fine i guess everything was walkable, ok.

the room was very small, i was like i was in a box. the bathroom felt really dated and it had black mold in the shower grout, it was gross. also, i saw that one of the smoke alarms was taped over, that's a big safety problem i think.

The rooms featured a modern and clean design, which i appreciated. the staff members were helpful. They quickly addressed my queries. i found the bed comfortable, ensuring i slept well each night. the hotel's location allowed easy access to art nouveau areas and restaurants nearby.

I found that the soundproofing in my room was not optimal. Noise from the street was noticeable.
